Frequently Asked Questions
On the website, we have several different statuses to indicate whether a product can be ordered and when it will be delivered. Below are the different statuses and the colors/titles they have in the webshop.
The product can be preordered from the supplier. The orange color indicates that the preorder will be released soon.
This means that the preorder will be released within 90 days. After that, we still have to wait for the delivery from the supplier. Therefore, the expected delivery date is a few weeks after the preorder date.
The product can be preordered from the supplier. The blue color indicates that there is still plenty of time to place the preorder. Blue is indicated when there are more than 90 days until the preorder can be delivered.
This also means that the preorder date is not yet fixed. Often, the date is adjusted as it approaches, so the delivery can be earlier or later.
The product is in stock with the supplier. This means that we can deliver it quickly. The expected delivery time is a few weeks. This is for precaution, as we are not sure when we will receive the products.
The product is directly in stock and will be handed over to PostNL on the same day for orders placed before 16:00. This means that the order will likely be delivered the next working day. We have no further control over the delivery once it is handed over to PostNL.
The product is not available, but the wholesaler indicates that they can supply it. That's why a request needs to be made to ensure we know the lead times, etc., in advance.
The product is currently not available. For limited products, this means that it is 99% unlikely to be back in stock. Sometimes we can still source them from somewhere, but the chances are small. Many non-limited products are produced again at some point. We cannot say anything about this in advance, but sold out does not necessarily mean that it will never be available again.
In principle, for products that are in stock, we will ship them on the same day for orders placed before 16:00, and they will be delivered the next working day if PostNL is on time. For preorders and products that are in stock but with the supplier, the delivery will be made one working day after the products arrive at our warehouse. The expected delivery time has been taken into account in these cases.
However, I must mention that preorders often change, and it is not uncommon for a product to arrive a few weeks later, sometimes even earlier. We also take this into account in the expected delivery date.

If you place an order with different products that have different delivery times, the order will generally be shipped in its entirety when the last product is available.
However, if the different products have significantly different delivery dates and the order amount is large enough to cover the costs, we will not make it difficult for you. We will inform you of this when confirming your order if it applies.
